Dramatic footage shows supporters running away from San Carlo piazza during the game against Real Madrid.
The fans had been watching the match on a large screen in the huge piazza, while waving flags, chanting and lighting flares.
Fans were seen with flares and fireworks which may have accidentally sparked panic, although this is yet to be confirmed.
Bloodied and injured people were seen being carried from the packed zone in San Carlo Square.
Bars and restaurants had been seen awash with Juve fans ahead of tonight’s game.
It is not clear whether their injuries were sustained from the reported blasts or from the crush of people fleeing the scene.
Emergency services were seen ferrying people on stretchers while police struggled to maintain order.
