Grace Mugabe hands herself over to South African police

Zimbabwean first lady Grace Mugabe handed herself over to the South African police on Tuesday after she allegedly assaulted a woman in Sandton on Sunday.
According to television news channel eNCA, police minister Fikile Mbalula said the controversial Zimbabwean first lady won’t be arrested.
“She is not under arrest, because she cooperated, and handed herself over to the police.”
Mugabe was expected to appear in court on Tuesday afternoon.
It is alleged that Grace Mugabe attacked a young woman, Gabriella Engels, with an extension cord after finding her in the company of her sons in a hotel room at the Capital 20 West in Sandton, north of Johannesburg.
Both her sons, Robert Jnr, 25,  and Chatunga 21, were present in the hotel room at the time of the alleged assault.
According to the spokesperson for Gauteng MEC for Community Safety, Busaphi Nxumalo, Mugabe also allegedly assaulted one of her sons.
