There are unconfirmed reports suggesting that the former vice president of the Republic of Zimbabwe Emmerson Mnangagwa has skipped the country.
Mnangagwa was fired from government and the ruling party this afternoon.
It not clear where he might have disappeared to.
According to a statement by Zanu-PF spokesperson Simon Khaya Moyo, Mnangagwa was fired for being disloyalty and little probity in the execution of duties.
