Zimbabwe’s President Robert Mugabe is seated in a large wooden chair after his dramatic appearance at a university graduation ceremony in the capital, Harare.
The president declared the ceremony open, amid ululations from the crowd, it adds.
First Lady Grace Mugabe and Education Minister Jonathan Moyo are not present.
