Zanu PF official Nick Mangwana has urged Zanu PF ministers serving under President Robert Mugabe to resign from the cabinet as a way of refusing to work under the embattled president.
This come at a time when Mugabe has called a cabinet meeting when Zanu PF has since recalled from his position as party president.
“There is a moral expectation that all Cabinet ministers in the Central Committee and Provincial Council Committee that asked for President Mugabe to resign as Head of State should resign their Cabinet posts. That’s standard. You can’t serve under someone you have asked to go. Leaders, do the right thing and go all the way,” said Mangwana.
