The South Gauteng High Court will deliver judgment on an application to set aside diplomatic immunity for former Zimbabwean first lady, Grace Mugabe.
The DA and AfriForum have asked the court to nullify government’s decision, saying it was illegal and unconstitutional.
Mugabe is accused of assaulting model Gabriella Engels at a hotel in August last year.
She was allowed to leave the country without being prosecuted.
