PRETORIA : Scores of people have been injured following a Putco bus crash in Pretoria on Monday evening.
Emer-G-Med spokesperson Jurgens Kotze said the bus collided with a SBV armoured truck on Moloto Road.
At the moment there is no final count of people injured.
The road has been completely closed.
Netcare911 spokesman Shawn Herbst said 10 people had sustained serious injuries and were being treated by advanced life-support paramedics on the scene.
“Approximately another 60 patients have sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate. Once stabilised, all the patients will be transported by various ambulance services to hospital for further treatment,” said Herbst.
