Chinese embassy urges probe into fatal blast at Zimbabwean gold mine

Six Chinese nationals died and another was critically injured in an oxygen cylinder blast at a gold mine in Zimbabwe on Thursday, the Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe said on Saturday.

In a statement, the embassy said it is in close communication with Zimbabwean authorities and that it has called for a thorough investigation into the cause of the accident.
