Ukraine has cancelled Kyiv Independence Day celebrations over fears of a Russian attack

Ukrainian Independence Day celebrations in Kyiv have been cancelled over fears Russian forces would ramp up their attack on the capital.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said his country will be liberated and will gain control of the Russian-annexed Crimea, but Russia said it will not back down.
