There are so many reasons why we fall into different jobs and career paths. But, Marshal, has never really been too concerned with a job. He has been deeply influenced by the concept of impact.

The 21 year old Motivational speaker has authored and published three books — Success In No time, Poor Billionaire, Before I Become a Billionaire — and another co-authored with six others from different countries in Africa called Destiny Sagacity. His motive is to inspire those of his generation and make an impact on posterity.

He has set up a charity that feeds the homeless in his hometown and he has marked his last three birthday’s by celebrating with ‘street kids’ homeless young people in Bulawayo.

Speaking to Report Focus News Marshal said, “I love being an author and Motivational Speaker. I love working with people. I fell in love with speaking at assemblies and school-wide functions. I even began to fall in love with making an impact on social media with people telling me that they look forward to going on Facebook and seeing my updates.

I love the feeling I get when people tell me that when they’re stressed out, they log on to Facebook just to see what I have posted. I take that as a sign from the people. I literally consider it as a calling to which I obliged and gladly answered.”

Chiza was recognised as one of the youngest authors in the history of Zimbabwe at the age of 18, he has continued to write and is touching and inspiring a lot of young and old people with his massage.

An entrepreneur in his own right Chiza is the chief executive officer of Billionaire Publishers, Founder of Poor Billionaire Foundation and above all a motivational speaker.

“I want to show people that great things are possible. I want to show people that we can do other things besides be athletes and entertainers. I want to let people know that you can share a positive message and create a life of meaning.
Too many people quit too easily. I want to be an example of perseverance and resilience. I once heard somebody say, “Why settle for average, when greatness is possible?”

Chiza wrote his first book at the age of 16 and some of his works have been showcased on global television stations, such as CNN and CCTV and has featured in many other media publications.

“There is no way I could tell people ‘be all you can be’, ‘stand up for what you believe in’ and ‘express yourself at your highest level’ – if I am not. How could I say ‘serve the world and serve people at your highest possible level’, if I’m not living it?

Even before becoming a motivational speaker, I dedicated my life to embodying my deepest and highest commitments. The best way I could inspire people is not by giving them a great speech or writing something motivational and inspiring, but to live with meaning and a deep sense of purpose. Like Gandhi said, “Your life is your message. Make it an inspiring one.”

“I am on my way to becoming the next Bill Gates, I will become a billionaire in my life time. When I make this statement I see different reactions in peoples faces but that encourages and motivates me to fulfil my dream.” He said.

“From a very young age, I knew that someone’s life can be changed forever because they made a deliberate choice to think differently. I believe that everyone has a gift. Everyone has a calling. Some people just never recognize it. Some people never accept it and never own it. I know that this is my calling. I know this is what I’m here for and I will not deny it.”
