Zanu PF 25 member delegation off to China

Emmerson Mnangagwa has sent a 25 member delegation to Beijing, China, for an exchange programme with the Communist Party of China on socio and economic developmental projects.

The delegation, which comprises 21 Central Committee and four Politburo members, is expected to network with Chinese ruling party members on modalities to ensure the Asian nation plays a critical role on investing in Zimbabwe.

Speaking before the delegation’s delegation, Acting Chinese Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Mr Zhao Baogang said the Asian nation will also continue to work with Zimbabwe on several economic developmental programmes.

Zanu PF head of the delegation, Cde Lovemore Matuke said the ruling party is also grateful to the continued strong bilateral ties with the CPC.

“We shall do our best to work with the Chinese party in our endeavours for the good of the country,” he said.

During their 10 day visit, the Zanu PF delegation is expected to get an insight on how China has emerged as the second largest economy in the world.
